anws..the whole of yest was quite fun and fruitful(:
woke up quite early to do house work.
met lin,dex and bryan to gym.
i manage to do more exercise.
hope i can really see results soon.(slim down!!**)
after the whole tiring day at gym,
went for an early dinner.
